Owns Meter’s commercial legal work, closing business agreements and building the systems and processes that make contracting faster and more repeatable.
What you'll do
- Draft, negotiate, and close customer agreements, SLAs, channel and partner deals, property licenses, and supply-chain contracts.
- Manage contracting from intake through execution and renewal, partnering with Sales, Finance, Security, Engineering, Product, and Deployment.
- Establish and run the commercial legal function’s CLM, templates, playbooks, and repeatable contracting processes.
