About the job
Build and deliver hands-on technical training, lab environments, automation, credentials, and technical content to enable Meter’s channel partners to deploy and recommend its networking solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead and improve in-person Meter Labs, including curriculum, delivery, lab setup, and credentials.
- Automate lab and demo environment setup, resets, and teardown using the Meter API.
- Create and maintain technically accurate training materials and technical content for Meter Learn and Meter Pulse.
What they ask for
- Expertise in enterprise networking, including cloud-managed architecture, identity and NAC, firewalling and VPN, multi-WAN and SD-WAN, wireless design, and SSE coexistence.
- Experience building high-fidelity technical content from scratch and delivering it on a schedule.
- Experience leading hands-on technical training for groups of 15 or more.
- Use APIs and scripting to build and reset lab and demo environments.
Nice to have
- Partner-facing technical experience and understanding of the channel landscape.
- Experience building a multi-stage technical training track or credential; relevant networking certifications are also noted.

$175,000 - $205,000 USD base salary
