Manages customer deployments of Method’s cybersecurity platform, driving adoption, analyzing customer needs, and identifying opportunities for business expansion and product improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage customer stakeholders and project-manage platform deployments to support adoption and solve critical problems.
- Use the platform with customers, train users, and support business development outreach.
- Identify customer business and workflow opportunities, own revenue and expansion for assigned deployments, and collaborate on product improvements.
