About the job
Operate and deploy Method’s security platform alongside customers, develop security tradecraft, and translate customer workflows into product opportunities.
What you'll do
- Operate, deploy, integrate, and troubleshoot the Method platform in customer environments while training and enabling users.
- Map customer workflows and collaborate with product and engineering teams on product opportunities, features, and user experiences.
- Develop security tradecraft and manage test range environments for onboarding, training, and testing.
