Embed with customer teams to understand operational workflows, build and ship prototypes and product capabilities, and translate validated needs into the Method platform.
What you'll do
- Observe users on-site and identify operational needs and repeatable workflows.
- Prototype, iterate on, and commit code for product capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and mission teams to turn field insights into scalable product improvements.
