About the job
The first Talent hire will lead Method Security’s recruiting efforts, building the team and scalable hiring processes as the company grows.
What you'll do
- Own recruiting from sourcing through closing and onboarding, including building candidate pipelines for technical and business roles.
- Partner with co-founders and hiring managers to define roles, assess candidates, and deliver a rigorous candidate experience.
- Build scalable recruiting systems, stay hands-on in key searches, and resolve hiring obstacles.
