AI Ops Solution Intake & Feasibility Analyst

What you'll do

• Assess AI use cases for feasibility, data readiness, business impact, risks, dependencies, and organizational readiness.
• Coordinate governance reviews and align stakeholders on scope, priorities, success measures, and implementation strategies.
• Manage AI intake and portfolio visibility, track business value, and recommend improvements to adoption and governance processes.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three or more years of experience in business analysis, project management, product management, technology consulting, or a related role evaluating and prioritizing technology initiatives.
• Experience gathering requirements, assessing technical solutions, identifying risks and dependencies, and presenting recommendations to technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated success building alignment across teams and delivering results; strong communication, facilitation, and collaborator management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, or other emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of governance, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, or risk management; familiarity with NIST, COSO, or similar frameworks.
