Manages the CMP process engineering team supporting new product introduction, facility qualification, and product transfer and ramp at Micron’s new Boise memory fab.
What you'll do
- Hire, develop, mentor, and manage process engineers while supporting their performance and career development.
- Support qualification of the new processing facility and work with suppliers to develop processes and equipment for the technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with Technology Development and Manufacturing teams to transfer and ramp product yield and quality, including worldwide alignment.
