Leads technical engagements with strategic customers to develop memory, packaging, and system solutions and translate customer needs into internal product and technology decisions.

- Serve as the primary technical interface and ongoing technical owner for assigned strategic customers.
- Work with customer architects and engineers across component, package, and system levels to define problems and co-develop solutions.
- Translate customer needs into inputs for product, architecture, and technology teams; support reviews, evaluations, and issue resolution.
