About the job
Defines, designs, and integrates DFT architectures for next-generation HBM products, supporting test coverage across wafer, die, stack, and SiP stages.
What you'll do
- Define and implement HBM DFT architectures and test structures for base and DRAM dies.
- Integrate test access mechanisms for wafer probe, cube, and SiP/system test flows; support yield learning and silicon debug.
- Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, external partners, and customers to implement and validate DFT features.
What they ask for
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong fundamentals in digital design and DFT concepts, including scan, MBIST, boundary scan, and JTAG.
- Experience with RTL design (SystemVerilog/VHDL) and logic integration; familiarity with semiconductor test flows from wafer probe through final test.
- 5+ years DRAM or ASIC DFT Design or Verification experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with HBM, DRAM, or advanced memory products.
- Knowledge of TSV-based 3D integration, stacked-die test, at-speed test, compression, or advanced DFT methodologies.
