Supports the startup, construction, and sustaining operations of a semiconductor fab by leading strategic programs, projects, performance reporting, and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage fab programs and projects, including project plans, timelines, resources, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead site-wide initiatives such as technology transfer, tool installation and qualification, cost reduction, capacity planning, productivity improvements, and workforce development.
- Track program metrics and develop reporting solutions and regular performance updates for leadership and the organization.
