Fab Support Documentation Specialist

What you'll do

• Author and maintain equipment maintenance procedures, work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and recovery procedures.
• Create visual instructions using annotated photographs, diagrams, process flows, and technical illustrations.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, workforce development, and safety teams to validate documentation and manage its lifecycle.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technical preferred, or similar, plus at least 1 year of related experience; stated alternatives include an Associate's degree plus 3 or more years of relevant experience, or at least 3 years in Fab Support showing technical knowledge.
• More than 1 year of experience with document control and version management.
• Exceptional technical writing and editing skills, and ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, Fab Support, Maintenance, Equipment Engineering, or Facilities; familiarity with document compliance, audit readiness, and change control.
• Exposure to specified support equipment and experience with AI-assisted content creation tools or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows.
