Develop and optimize front-end semiconductor processes to accelerate product maturity and improve yield, quality, and cycle time across DRAM and NAND sites.
What you'll do
- Improve yield, repair density, and DPM through rapid learning cycles.
- Apply process integration knowledge across FEOL, MOL, CELL, and BEOL; partner with cross-functional teams to resolve yield issues and improve inline visibility.
- Identify and standardize best-known methods and business processes across sites; travel to Micron locations as needed.
