Gas Systems Engineer - O&M

What you'll do

• Operate and improve bulk and specialty gas systems; troubleshoot issues and lead root-cause investigations.
• Use analytics and AI-enabled tools to predict failures, optimize maintenance, and develop digital solutions such as dashboards and automated reporting.
• Support engineering projects, documentation, safety and quality compliance, and cross-functional operational improvements.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience with engineering data, schematics, technical documentation, and standard problem-solving methodologies; familiarity with analytics, AI-assisted tools, or digital technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial utility systems, gas delivery systems, semiconductor facilities, or related manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge or experience with high-purity gas systems, reliability methods, AI/analytics, project leadership, or tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Python, SQL, CMMS, SAP, or Maximo.
