Intern supporting Micron’s Sales Operations process-improvement work by analyzing the BPM Playbook and developing AI-powered resources and deliverables.
What you'll do
- Analyze BPM methodology and playbook resources to identify opportunities for improvement and AI adoption.
- Use AI and analytics to develop process insights, maps, diagrams, use cases, user stories, training materials, and SOP documentation.
- Participate in process-improvement discussions, draft project communications, and support Business Process Analysts.
