About the job

Develops and evaluates next-generation memory systems for AI accelerators, analyzing inference workloads and system performance across hardware, operating systems, and agentic AI workflows.

What you'll do

  • Characterize AI inference workloads and evaluate memory behavior, hierarchies, KV cache lifecycles, and data placement.
  • Compare and optimize data movement; develop, test, and debug system-level and OS components.
  • Prototype and evaluate agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows for research workloads and internal engineering workflows.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience, or a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in memory systems, operating systems, distributed systems, or parallel computing.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ and Python with hands-on systems programming experience.
  • Experience in Linux environments, including shell scripting and debugging tools.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HBM or LPDDR; familiarity with AI/ML systems, particularly inference workloads.
  • GPU programming experience with CUDA or OpenCL; knowledge of performance analysis, system optimization, Linux kernel memory management, or system-level simulation models.

Pay
