People & Culture Communications Manager

What you'll do

• Partner with People leaders to plan communications and advise on messaging, timing, audiences, change impacts, and leader readiness.
• Create employee-facing narratives and materials, including articles, FAQs, talking points, manager toolkits, and campaign content.
• Manage communications projects from planning through delivery and measurement, using feedback and engagement insights to improve future communications.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of experience in employee, internal, HR/People, change, or related communications.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, including communicating to broad employee audiences and senior leaders.
• Experience developing strategic communications plans for HR programs, culture initiatives, employee experience priorities, or organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global HR, People, or employee experience programs and adapting communications for diverse employee groups.
• Experience advising leaders on sensitive topics, developing manager enablement materials, or working with internal communications channels, editorial planning, measurement, and governance.

Pay

$104,000.00 - $285,000.00 a year (USD, base salary)
