Principal AI Security Technologist

What you'll do

• Own the multi-year roadmap for converged physical security, SOC/GSOC, threat intelligence, and insider risk operations.
• Define and govern the target-state architecture, and take AI agents and automation from pilot to production with evaluation, guardrails, and human oversight.
• Lead delivery and measurement of risk-based security capabilities, including mentoring teams and partnering with technical, legal, privacy, and leadership stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 10+ years in security technology, security engineering, or security operations, including significant time in an architect or technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience applying AI agents, machine learning, or advanced analytics to security or adjacent operational problems, with at least one capability delivered to production.
• Strong understanding of enterprise physical security systems and security operations center workflows.
• Experience designing data and integration architectures across operational systems, and leading multifunctional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with converged security, fusion-center operations, or high-security industrial environments, including semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Production experience with LLM-based agents, or familiarity with cloud data platforms, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, security risk frameworks, governance, privacy, or responsible AI.
