- Education
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
About the job
Leads the design, integration, and silicon delivery of advanced analog and mixed-signal IP for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) products.
What you'll do
- Design critical HBM analog circuits and define subsystem IP interfaces, power domains, clocking, and reset strategies.
- Run pre- and post-layout simulations and PVT, Monte Carlo, mismatch, and aging analyses; review and sign off analog layouts.
- Coordinate across engineering teams and establish analog build, documentation, and reuse guidelines.
What they ask for
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Expertise in high-speed interface design, PLL/DLL/CDR clocking circuits, and power management circuits.
- Experience with analog IP integration, SPICE simulation, extraction and modeling, and silicon bring-up and lab validation.
- Deep understanding of advanced CMOS processes and noise, jitter, SI/PI, and cross-domain coupling effects.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of DRAM subsystem architecture, specification, operation, or build.
- Understanding of physical layout and circuit floor planning.
