What you'll do
- Own HBM design health during sustaining, including ECO implementation, verification, and maintainability.
- Lead cross-functional root-cause analysis and resolution of silicon, system, and customer issues.
- Drive initiatives to improve product yield, reliability, performance, and future HBM design and verification methods.
