Owns next-generation HBM core-die architecture and DRAM circuit design, from feasibility and reference designs through silicon bring-up and handoff.
What you'll do
- Define HBM core-die architecture and design critical DRAM circuits, including timing closure.
- Develop and validate schemes for bandwidth, power, area, thermal efficiency, refresh, and reliability.
- Create HBM Architecture Reference Designs and collaborate across teams on implementation, verification, and silicon characterization.
