What you'll do
- Design, analyze, simulate, and optimize digital, analog, and mixed-signal DRAM circuits and blocks.
- Evaluate block-level and full-chip functionality; conduct architecture pathfinding and feasibility studies.
- Optimize timing, area, power, and complexity, and support floor planning, layout reviews, integration, and validation.
