What you'll do
- Design and optimize DRAM circuits and refine floorplans, routing, power delivery, timing, and die-size tradeoffs.
- Run circuit simulations, model parasitics, verify power and signal integrity, and support validation and tape-out revisions.
- Lead technical reviews and coordinate design, layout, verification, test, and technology-development efforts.
