Principal Recruiter U.S. Expansion Global Ops

What you'll do

• Advise senior leaders on hiring strategy using market intelligence, workforce analytics, and talent risk insights.
• Design and lead cross-functional recruiting programs and workforce plans across business units or regions.
• Partner with TA Operations, HRIS, and vendors to develop, govern, scale, and drive adoption of AI-enabled recruiting workflows.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including leading TA transformation or large-scale technology/process implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence VP-level talent strategy and drive change adoption through enablement or coaching frameworks.
• Strong awareness of AI-enabled recruiting workflows and working knowledge of agentic AI, generative AI, or workflow automation concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with responsible AI initiatives in recruiting or HR; TA operations, HR technology strategy, or program management.
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or technology recruiting experience; multi-region recruiting experience.

Pay

$139,000.00 - $235,000.00 a year (USD, base salary)
