What you'll do
- Investigate product lots and devices and complete semiconductor test flows using approved procedures and equipment.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain characterization and burn-in equipment; use Linux systems and engineering tools to gather and analyze data.
- Document findings and product disposition, collaborate to resolve issues, and support laboratory efficiency, quality, and safety improvements.
