Senior Director, Technology Engineering & Innovation (TE&I)

What you'll do

• Set multi-year infrastructure strategy and lead large-scale modernization, including cloud transformation, automation, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Lead global engineering and operations teams; oversee infrastructure health, performance, availability, reliability, and GNOC evolution.
• Manage talent, budgets, investments, vendors, and cross-functional partnerships to deliver business outcomes.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in infrastructure engineering, operations, platform engineering, or enterprise technology organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale global teams in mission-critical environments and executing infrastructure strategy and modernization initiatives.
• Deep expertise across enterprise networking, cloud services, data centers, database technologies, infrastructure operations, automation platforms, and reliability engineering.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience with cloud-first transformation, AI-driven operations, organizational transformation, or semiconductor/advanced manufacturing.
