Own next-generation HBM core-die architecture and DRAM circuit design, from feasibility and reference design through implementation and silicon support.
What you'll do
- Define HBM core-die architecture and optimize bandwidth, power, area, thermal efficiency, and reliability.
- Design and validate DRAM circuits, timing, refresh, row-hammer mitigation, and other reliability schemes.
- Develop Architecture Reference Designs and collaborate across teams through design execution, silicon bring-up, and characterization.
