Designs and qualifies probe cards for current and next-generation products, providing technical direction across Micron’s global probe locations.
What you'll do
- Own probe card design specifications, rules, and bond pad layouts; qualify new technologies and define equipment specifications.
- Debug pre-production issues through root-cause analysis and statistical data review.
- Manage suppliers and cross-site technical alignment; collaborate with internal teams and present findings to engineering leadership.
