Architects, designs, integrates, and supports next-generation HBM SoC logic-die blocks and subsystems from RTL through pre- and post-silicon validation.
What you'll do
- Design RTL for SoC blocks and memory subsystems, including IP selection, integration, and power/performance/area optimization.
- Integrate IP and support SoC integration, pre-silicon validation, post-silicon bring-up, and silicon issue analysis.
- Produce design documentation and collaborate across engineering, product, test, and manufacturing teams.
