Develops and analyzes SoC-level verification plans and environments for HBM products, supporting pre- and post-silicon debugging and customer and IP-supplier verification needs.
What you'll do
- Create SoC test plans and verification environments, develop random and directed tests, and analyze coverage.
- Work with customers and IP suppliers on verification collateral, requirements, and HBM architecture issues.
- Debug pre- and post-silicon problems and identify quality, performance, and power-improvement opportunities.
