What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end HBM build execution across DRAM, base die, test vehicles, interposers, IP, and sustaining development.
- Coordinate teams, dependencies, plans, governance, risks, and change control to meet program objectives.
- Manage partner alignment, resolve execution challenges, and communicate roadmaps and program status to executives.
