Staff AI Full Stack Engineer

What you'll do

• Own full-stack features end to end, from system design and implementation through testing, deployment, observability, and lifecycle support.
• Build custom AI agents and MCP-integrated systems for automation, decision support, and other workflows.
• Integrate AI services and RAG into reliable production systems, and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate engineering work.

What they ask for

• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals and experience building and operating production-grade backend or full-stack systems.
• Experience with scalable architecture, cloud-native environments, data modeling, and end-to-end software ownership.
• Experience with technologies such as C#, ASP.NET, Angular, RESTful APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Experience building custom AI agents, integrating MCP or equivalent interfaces, and implementing RAG-based systems.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI-enabled development practices to improve engineering productivity.
• Experience operationalizing AI in critical environments with high reliability and performance requirements.
