Leads customer-facing memory and system architecture strategy, provides technical support, and coordinates product solutions for automotive and embedded customers.
What you'll do
- Advise customers on memory architecture, product recommendations, training, and solution development; visit customers to discuss projects and identify opportunities.
- Coordinate customer technical support and critical issue resolution with customer, factory, and cross-functional teams.
- Work with marketing, development, and Sales on product feasibility, customer specifications, and strategic account objectives.
