About the job

Supports design, simulation, validation, and integration of mixed-signal and PHY-adjacent circuits for next-generation HBM memory, including system-level modeling and silicon bring-up readiness.

What you'll do

  • Support schematic design, integration, and simulation of PHY-adjacent and base-die mixed-signal circuits.
  • Develop and maintain behavioral models and perform SPICE and mixed-signal simulations, analyzing waveforms and corner cases.
  • Assist with validation, debug, cross-functional integration, and silicon bring-up readiness.

What they ask for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience in analog or mixed-signal design, verification, or PHY-adjacent development.
  • Strong understanding of device and circuit fundamentals, digital design concepts, RTL verification, and VLSI design flows.
  • Experience with Linux-based development environments and version control systems; experience using AI-enabled or AI-assisted tools for engineering work.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Verilog-A/AMS, real-number modeling, parasitic extraction, or statistical and Monte Carlo simulation.
  • Exposure to memory interfaces or HBM, high-speed interfaces, lab bring-up, or Python or MATLAB.

Tools

Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, Xcelium/AMS, VCS/Verdi, SystemVerilog, UVM, Linux

AI focus

Use AI-enabled or AI-assisted tools to support simulation, modeling, data analysis, or engineering productivity improvements.
