Staff/Senior Engineer, PROCT FE Cost Excellence

What you'll do

• Plan and manage programs, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, and delivery.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Improve processes, reporting, and program effectiveness using analytics, AI tools, automation, and digital solutions.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience.
• 4 plus years experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, operations, or program management.
• Understanding of Front End semiconductor manufacturing processes and business operations, with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-functional initiatives and developing dashboards, reporting tools, or business process improvement frameworks.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6 plus years experience leading cost reduction, productivity improvement, or operational excellence initiatives; experience or interest in Agentic AI workflows is also preferred.
