What you'll do
- Develop, qualify, and deploy wafer probers, testers, probe cards, and related manufacturing technologies.
- Lead cross-functional equipment introductions and projects; investigate deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Design experiments, analyze data, and develop metrics and process improvements for quality, yield, throughput, and cost.
