What you'll do
- Fine-tune and evaluate large language models, including using Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback.
- Design and implement adversarial evaluations and safety mitigations for AI agents.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and improve mitigations, and troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
