Business Operations Coordinator, Microsoft AI

What you'll do

• Manage team operations, including calendars, meetings, onboarding, communications, and administrative processes.
• Coordinate HR programs and initiatives, tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain processes and documentation, and support reporting and materials that show team priorities and outcomes.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 2+ years of process management, execution, optimization, or related experience, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and Slack.
• 3+ years of administrative, business support, or customer service experience, including scheduling meetings or events, travel management, and administration for executive or upper-level management.
• Experience supporting team operations, business programs, HR, or people-related initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant process experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant process experience, or equivalent experience.
• Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.

Pay

USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year (base salary); USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year (base salary)
