About the job
A customer-facing architect who advises customers on designing, implementing, and operating AI business-process solutions using Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

- Advise customers on architecture, implementation, performance, and operational health, and guide technical discussions and proof-of-concept work.
- Help customers resolve blockers to go-live and increase adoption and value from Microsoft AI Business Process solutions.
- Share customer feedback and technical expertise internally, contribute reusable intellectual property, and continue developing relevant skills.
