Provides proactive and reactive security and identity support to enterprise customers, helping implement and maintain Microsoft identity solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
What you'll do
- Deliver workshops, assessments, tailored guidance, troubleshooting, and other proactive or reactive support, including onsite support as needed.
- Identify and manage security, identity, and access-management goals; analyze performance issues and provide solutions.
- Coordinate with customer, account, support, and engineering teams, and participate in on-call rotations for critical incidents.
