Leads customer-facing infrastructure and identity containment and recovery during high-impact cybersecurity incidents, including technical hardening across on-premises and cloud environments.
What you'll do
- Set recovery objectives, technical priorities, and evidence requirements for identity and infrastructure workstreams; lead or support containment and recovery.
- Assess compromise and recovery readiness, collect and analyze evidence, and guide response decisions while balancing urgency, preservation, and customer constraints.
- Brief customers and stakeholders, coordinate dependencies and escalations, and document handovers, reporting, and lessons learned.

USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year (base salary); USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (base salary)
