What you'll do
- Directs and coaches technicians handling installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, replacement, and decommissioning of data center equipment.
- Assigns and monitors work, reviews KPIs and ticket progress, and coordinates escalations, schedules, and service improvements.
- Ensures compliance with operational, safety, security, data-handling, and training procedures.

USD $75,400 - $167,900 per year (base salary); USD $105,800 - $185,300 per year (base salary)
