What you'll do
- Lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents; own technical win strategies and document close/consumption plans in MSX.
- Work with partners and Customer Success on handoffs and adoption, remove technical blockers, and support competitive opportunities.
- Maintain deal hygiene and partner attach, achieve L200 and L400 technical certifications, and share quarterly deal insights.
