Director, AI Infrastructure Strategy & Operations - AI Experiences

What you'll do

• Forecast AI infrastructure demand and develop models, scenarios, and business cases for investment and allocation decisions.
• Establish resource-allocation frameworks and governance, and lead initiatives involving migrations, capacity reallocations, and cost optimization.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Finance to connect infrastructure decisions to business outcomes and communicate recommendations to executives.

What they ask for

• Master's degree in a related field and 6+ years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience with AI infrastructure, cloud capacity planning, model serving, inference, training, or distributed systems.
• 6+ years of experience building business cases and ROI models for technology investments.
• 6+ years of experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance organizations; and 6+ years of experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Kusto, Excel, or other analytical tools.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field and 12+ years of strategy, business planning, finance, product management, operations, or program management experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance.

Pay

USD $155,800 - $277,200 per year (base salary); USD $202,400 - $303,600 per year (base salary)
