About the job
Manages commissioning and operational readiness of behind-the-meter power generation and related energy infrastructure for Microsoft datacenter projects, from design review through testing and operational turnover.
What you'll do
- Lead commissioning of onsite power facilities and associated systems, including energization, startup, integrated systems testing, and performance validation.
- Manage commissioning contractors and coordinate work among utilities, EPC firms, generation providers, vendors, and Microsoft teams.
- Develop commissioning standards and plans, assess site readiness and risks, troubleshoot deficiencies, and report progress and readiness to stakeholders.

Pay
USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year (base salary); USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year (base salary)
