Provides commercial and cost management for regional data center construction projects, including contracts, estimates, payments, cost reporting, funding support, and commercial processes.
What you'll do
- Manage project commercial matters, including GC contracts, estimates, change orders, payments, disputes, and vendor accounts.
- Coordinate cost reporting, funding scenarios, design commercial support, and site-selection estimates with project stakeholders.
- Manage regional QS support and develop and implement a commercial playbook.
