About the job
Develops and maintains construction cost estimates for data center projects across the Americas, supporting project approvals, funding, procurement, and delivery.
What you'll do
- Prepare conceptual, parametric, and detailed estimates; analyze variances and explain cost drivers, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and present estimates to leadership and project teams.
- Support general contractor buyout and award negotiations, maintain estimating databases, and improve estimating processes and standards.
