What you'll do
- Reduce aged payables and invoices on hold; resolve requisition, purchase-order, and invoice issues with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Monitor P2P policies, controls, audit readiness, and BPO partner performance against SLAs and KPIs; maintain process documentation and train stakeholders.
- Use analytics and performance metrics to identify risks and improvements, coordinate cross-functional programs, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
