Leads customer-facing technical engagements to move AI applications and agents from experimentation to production on Azure, from architecture and pilots through deployment and workload optimization.
What you'll do
- Design and lead secure, scalable customer solutions and technical engagements spanning architecture, proofs of concept, pilots, and production.
- Own technical delivery outcomes, develop reusable IP, and support customer success, pipeline generation, and delivery escalations.
- Improve production readiness and workload health, and share customer feedback while supporting customer and partner skilling.
