Principal Product Manager

What you'll do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurable outcomes for Copilot Chat initiatives.
• Define and ship end-to-end AI experiences; lead product quality, evaluation, and decisions with engineering and applied science.
• Align cross-company teams and lead the Innovation team's planning, priorities, ownership, and review cadence.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering complex products or AI-powered features, especially zero-to-one or agentic, long-running, multistep experiences.
• Experience with AI product evaluation, enterprise AI requirements, or Microsoft 365, Copilot, or enterprise productivity products.

Pay

USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year (base pay); USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year (base pay)
